(7) The name of your Petitioner's father (who is now dead) was William Falk, and that of his mother (who is also dead) before her marriage was Sofia Peterson. Both of Petitioner's parents were Swedish.
Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays that your Excellency may be pleased to grant him a Certificate of Imperial Naturalisation under the British Nationality and Status of Aliens Act (4 & 5 Geo. 5 cap 17 Sec. 8 (1)).
